Shipping Information

Packages are generally shipped within a maximum period of 48 hours after receipt of your payment.

Once the shipment is prepared, we will send you a link with its tracking.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage.

Shipping is free for domestic shipments over €60.

Rates for orders without free shipping:

- National express delivery 24/48 hours: €8

- National standard shipping 3/4 days: €6

- EU international shipping: Consult

Returns

For returns you have a period of 15 days from receipt of the product.

If the product has a defect or requires a guarantee, the return will be free.

In the event of a size change, the first one will be free (when the item is in stock and only in mainland Spain).

If it is not one of the above cases, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, if you prefer we also offer the option of scheduling a collection at your home or delivery of the package at a puntopack.

The refund will be made within a maximum period of 10 days from the receipt of the product in our store.
